On what devices does The Training Notebook work on?
iOS, Android, and web. Same login across all three — sync runs in the background. Most trainers run their day from their phone and check the web on a laptop between sessions.

Where can I download the iOS and Android apps?

Do I need WiFi to use the app?
Yes — you'll need an internet connection to use the app. WiFi or cell data both work.

Which plan should I choose?
Three plans, all the same features:
- 10 Clients — $9/month. Best if you're getting started or have a small roster.
- 20 Clients — $16/month. Most trainers land here.
- Unlimited Clients — $24/month. For trainers running it as a full business.
Every plan includes unlimited programs, body assessments, PAR-Q forms, messaging, and calendar. The only difference is the client count.

Can I change my plan later on?
Yes — change anytime from your account settings. Upgrade, downgrade, switch annually, all from the same screen. Changes take effect on your next billing cycle.

How do I cancel my subscription?

What if I'm not happy with the app — can I get a refund?
Yes. 15 days, no questions asked. Email support and we'll process it. Note: canceling in the App Store or Google Play stops future billing but doesn't trigger a refund — email us for that.

Can I have inactive clients without being charged for them?
Yes. Inactive clients don't count toward your plan limit. Mark someone inactive when they take a break — when they come back, flip the toggle and they're active again. No upgrade required to park clients.
